01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the dane999 website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services accessible via dane999.net.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the dane999 platform or who accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered and maintained on the dane999 platform.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as supported by the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Games" means all casino games, card games (including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar), slot games, lottery draws, Fortune Tree games, and any other gaming products available on the platform.
• "Betting Markets" means all sports betting, in-play wagering, and related betting products available on the platform, including PSL and international cricket markets.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer verification process required for account approval and withdrawal processing.
• "PST" means Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5).

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dane999 platform, completing the registration process, or making any deposit or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your continued use of the dane999 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and dane999 relating to your use of the platform.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the dane999 platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by local law.
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of dane999, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from the dane999 platform.

dane999 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. Any winnings generated by an underage player are void and will not be paid out.

04 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the dane999 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dane999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any funds or winnings associated with them.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• Keep your registration information up to date at all times. Notify dane999 promptly of any changes by contacting support at [email protected].
• Not register using a false identity, another person's identity, or any fictitious details.
• Submit all required KYC documentation upon request, including a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and proof of payment method ownership.

dane999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account activation is subject to successful KYC verification at the platform's discretion.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• All activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you, whether or not you were actually aware of or consented to that specific activity.
• You must notify dane999 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• dane999 will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform other than through standard browser or app access is strictly prohibited.

dane999 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and OTP two-factor authentication on new device logins to protect your account. However, you accept that no digital security system is entirely infallible, and dane999 cannot be held liable for unauthorised access resulting from your own failure to safeguard your credentials.

06 Deposits & Payments

dane999 supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All payment methods are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• dane999 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dane999 bears no responsibility.
• Deposit funds may not be used for any purpose other than participating in games and betting markets available on the dane999 platform.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. dane999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC will not be able to process withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take 1–3 business days.
• dane999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only real-money funds are withdrawable.
• Withdrawals may be declined or delayed where dane999 has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

dane999 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus terms include the following:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
• Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and live dealer games may contribute at a different rate than slots or other games, as specified in promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are automatically forfeited.

• Collusion, use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or any other form of bonus abuse constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

09 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the dane999 platform — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, live dealer tables, slots, lottery, and Fortune Tree — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics supervised by qualified personnel. Game outcomes are determined independently of player history, account balance, or any other factor extraneous to the game mechanics.

• Individual game rules are displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the game state will be recorded and the round resolved according to the available game state data. dane999 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome fairly but does not guarantee resolution in the player's favour in all disconnection scenarios.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be amended or cancelled once the game round has commenced.
• dane999 reserves the right to void any game round where a technical malfunction is identified that materially affects the integrity of the game outcome. Affected stakes will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and are displayed in the game interface prior to wagering.

10 Sports Betting

dane999 offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including PSL, international Tests, and T20 tournaments), football, UFC, and other sports. The following terms apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. dane999 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in published odds; bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided at dane999's discretion.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds for in-play markets change in real time and bets are accepted at the prevailing odds at the moment of confirmation.
• Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the individual sport's published betting rules, which are available in your account dashboard.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Bets that would exceed maximum payout limits may be partially accepted or declined.
• Suspicious betting patterns, match-fixing concerns, or irregular wagering activity may result in bet cancellation, account suspension, and referral to relevant regulatory authorities.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dane999 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using any account other than your own registered account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards or strategy in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any wins resulting from exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including arbitrage, matched betting with platform bonuses, or systematic bonus exploitation.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals against legitimate deposits without prior written authorisation from dane999.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dane999 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

12 Responsible Gaming

dane999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Reality Checks: Time-elapsed notifications can be enabled to remind players how long they have been playing in a given session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period (ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion) by contacting support at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will not be able to access any games or betting markets.
• Account Closure: Players who wish to permanently close their account may do so by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the dane999 platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, text, software, data, and any other material, is the exclusive property of dane999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of dane999.
• The dane999 name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are the property of dane999. Unauthorised use of dane999 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dane999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if dane999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dane999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dane999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect platform availability from time to time.

15 Termination & Suspension

dane999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct is suspected.
• The player has been found to be under 21 years of age.
• A player has requested self-exclusion.
• dane999 is required to do so by regulatory instruction or court order.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to dane999, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, dane999 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for non-breach reasons, remaining real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after applicable checks are completed.

16 Amendments to These Terms

dane999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address or by posting a prominent notice on the platform.

The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at dane999.net/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dane999 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform.

In the first instance, any dispute should be referred to the dane999 support team at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, escalation procedures are available as described in the Complaints Policy accessible via your account dashboard.
